Why did my spend limit get reached?

Your account spend limit is a cap on your prepaid wallet balance. Once total spending equals this limit, all active campaigns pause. Add funds to resume.

How do I create a new campaign?

Tap the green '+' button on the home screen. Follow the 3-step wizard: choose objective → set budget, schedule & audience → upload creative and publish.

What is Opportunity Score?

It's a 0–100 score measuring account optimization. Higher scores mean better delivery and lower costs, based on creative quality, budget efficiency, and audience quality.

How long does ad review take?

Most ads are reviewed within 24 hours. Complex ads or high-volume periods may take up to 48 hours. You'll receive a push notification on approval.

How do I add funds to my wallet?

Go to Settings → Billing & Payments → Add Funds. Choose an amount and pay via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. Funds are credited instantly.
